One thing, denied.. First of all, the description is terrible. Spelling is also terrible... Plus your techs are all wrong.. Considering it doesn't necessarily describe what it does, you just say how you cut your enemy up.. And your ability is godmoddy.. Also, for future reference, don't over use caps lock like that..
